This policy paper, prepared by Lawyers Without Borders in collaboration with Al-Hayat Center – RASED, and co-funded by EU and AECID, aims to promote economic, social, and cultural rights in Jordan. The paper is based on the International Covenant on These Rights and reviews the Jordanian Government's efforts to implement its international obligations and identify future challenges and opportunities. The paper makes a set of recommendations to strengthen coordination among Government actors, update data and ensure the implementation of Covenant rights, with a focus on improving cooperation between civil society and the Government.
